Comrat university is a prestigious and elite university in the republic of Moldova. This university is one of the oldest universities of the country and was established in 1991 by the name Comrat university. However, the original foundation of the university goes way back, since this university is the successor of the old Gagauz national university.

This university is located at the Gagauz region. It is a part of the republic of Moldova but act as an autonomous republic. This region is located at the south of the country in the border of Romania and Turkey. Gagauz people are a Turkic ethnicity that live in Eastern Europe. Their language is Gagauz Turkish, which is one of the sub-members of the whole Turkish language family. Faculty of Law:
